Our goal is to ship all orders the next business day. Around holidays and new product launches there may be an additional delay.

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you don’t love your order reach out to us and we will do our best to help you. Up to a full refund excluding shipping expenses.
While rare, if we accidently send you the wrong item. Just let us know and we will promptly ship out a replacment.
Our products are very durable and packaged well, so shipping damage is rare. In the event the freight company drove over your package with a forklift please document any damage to the packaging. Then get in touch with us and we will get it sorted out.
You will receive instructions via email on how to handle any returns. Non authorized returns will not be accepted.
